Avonia Quinaria Alstonii is a petite caudiciform with a turnip shaped rootstock that is buried underground and spectacular silvery stems popping out.
They form bright pink flowers. They require bright direct sunlight and to stay dry during winter. They should be allowed to dry out 1/2 way between waterings during warmer months.
Your plant will be similar in shape and size to the one photographed. We recommend allowing your new plant to settle into its home for 2-3 weeks before transplanting.
