Shipping and Return Policy
All items ship via USPS to United States residences only. All shipments will be shipped with either priority or first class shipping depending on what is selected during checkout. All orders will be shipped on the following Monday or Wednesday.
If either of those days happen to be a holiday your order will be shipped out on the following Wednesday or Monday. USPS delivery time is 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
For the Reno Area we also offer home delivery for homes within a 10 mile radius and pickup from space cadet.
The photographs represent a plant similar to the one that will be shipped. They will be close in size and color to the ones photographed we do our best to note and significant variations. Also please keep in mind that while we do our best to package the plants as carefully as possible that being said being shipped is still stressful on the plant.
It will take some time for the plant to adjust to the its new climate and recover from transportation shock. We're also not responsible for shipping delays or damages. Once the package has been given to the post office it is out of our hands.
We don't accept returns for plants or opened items unless arrived severely damaged, we will require an email with photographs within 24 hours of the plants arrival in order to issue any refund.
